Pricing
One plan, the whole app. No tiers, no upsells, and nothing is locked behind a "premium" version — if you have a membership, you have everything.
Between Flares Membership
$4.99/month
Starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to begin the trial, and you won't be charged until day 8. Each person gets one free week; if you've had a membership before, billing simply starts at $4.99 on the day you rejoin.
Create an account to start your free weekWhat your membership includes
- Daily check-in — note your energy, discomfort and what you need today, in a few taps, on the hard days as well as the okay ones.
- Personalized affirmations — gentle, validating words written for what you actually described, never forced positivity. Read them aloud with optional read-aloud, and keep the ones that land in your favorites.
- Flare-day toolkit — a low-stimulation space for overwhelming days: breathing, five-step grounding, pacing suggestions, permission slips and a comfort checklist.
- Private symptom history — your pain and energy check-ins charted over time, with cautious pattern notes, alongside when you reached for the toolkit.
How billing works
Billed monthly. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. Sales, tax and invoicing are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for — you don't lose the app the moment you cancel, and you're not charged again.
14-day refund promise. If Between Flares isn't right for you within 14 days of a payment, ask and you'll be refunded.
Prices may include local tax. In countries where tax must be shown, the price you see at checkout includes it, so the total is the total.
Where to subscribe. Right now, memberships are available on the web only, at this site. An iPhone app is planned but not yet available; if and when it launches, this page will be updated with how App Store billing works.
