Between Flares is provided by Laura Christina Ragsdale ("we", "us"). When you use Between Flares, you are contracting with Laura Christina Ragsdale. By continuing to use Between Flares, you agree to these terms.

The service

Between Flares offers daily check-ins, personalized affirmations, a flare-day toolkit, and a private symptom history. Between Flares is emotional support, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional care.

Subscription and free trial

Full access requires a subscription of $4.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

If you subscribe inside the iPhone app, the purchase is made through your Apple ID and is billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings. One membership unlocks Between Flares on both the website and the iPhone app, whichever way you paid.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Between Flares, including using it unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (for example malware, probing, or scraping).

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.

Ownership

Laura Christina Ragsdale retains ownership of Between Flares and its software, content, and branding. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use Between Flares for personal use.

No guarantee

We work to keep Between Flares available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Between Flares is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
